Chip has been championing emerging shorts and filmmakers at Lighthouse International Film Festival since 2012. He then started hosting the community-driven 'Artist & Beers.' Under his guidance, the program has held screenings all over New York, including Midtown, Bushwick, Greenpoint, Park Slope, East Williamsburg, and currently at All Night Skate in Ocean Hill. 
NANCY POP

Nancy Pop is a New York–based actor, filmmaker, and host dedicated to creating bold, character-driven work that blends humor, heart, and a touch of the surreal. Originally from Romania, she earned her BA in Theatre Performance and Playwriting from Marymount Manhattan College and has since built a multifaceted career across film, theater, and voiceover. Recent acting credits include Lovely Boy, the award-winning Remnants of Nova, audio drama Burning Gotham (Tribeca Audio Official Selection), and stage work with the New York Theater Festival and TheaterLab NYC. She has also directed and produced a multitude of independent film, theatrical, and commercial projects. Watch her short films here.
Curran Banach
PRODUCER & HOST

Curran Banach is a director and cinematographer based in Brooklyn, originally from New Jersey. He is a co-founder of In Case You Missed It, a full-service, boutique production company specializing in delivering top-tier documentary, commercial, and digital branded content. Commercial clients have included Google, Vogue, MTV, L’Oréal, WeWork, and Swarovski. He has additionally worked on music videos for artists such as: A$AP Ferg, Ava Max, Rita Ora, and The Wu-Tang Clan. 
MICHAEL ROBINSON
PROGRAMMER & ASSOCIATE
Beer of Choice: Red Stripe
Michael is a director, writer, and archival producer based in Brooklyn by way of Kentucky. As an archival producer, he’s worked on award-winning programs such as VICE News Tonight. Michael is also the founder of Oddweather Productions. Currently, he's producing a documentary following the MMA community in New York City, blending his love of filmmaking and the martial arts.
JON SERRANO
GRANT WRITER & ASSOCIATE
Beer of Choice: Any sour ale. Literally any. Yes, that one too.
Jon brings over seven years’ experience working in communications for non-profits. At both the New York State Independent Living Council and the Center for Health Workforce Studies, Serrano performed video production, graphic design, web design, event management and email marketing. They continue this work through multiple grant programs within the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS). Serrano has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and English from the University at Albany, SUNY. Serrano currently serves as the Communications Coordinator for Care Connections, a non-profit program at HANYS, assisting the team with graphic design, email marketing, writing and project management.
MILES MARTIN
INTERN
Miles Martin is a Marketing and Film student at Hofstra University. In campus he is the leader of several clubs and organizations including Hofstra’s first POC filmmakers club, Hofstra’s first casting organization, and the black student Union’s fundraising. Outside of school he has produced and directed a handful of short films and TV shows. He loves to cook, travel and play the guitar. He needs to buy a new dress shirt but he isn’t sure what color suits him. He’s open to suggestions though!
MAXIMILIAN BOMBECK
INTERN
Maximilian Bombeck is a New York-based editor and filmmaker from Atlanta. Currently in the midst of his third year at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, he is working on getting his BFA in Film & Television. Although he works primarily as an editor, he also has experience directing and writing several independent films. He is expanding his professional experience and has worked as an editor for Frederick J. Taylor, an Emmy award-winning filmmaker at Tomorrow Pictures Inc.
